General FAQs

How do I place my order?

Please visit our shop page, choose from the available products, then click the Add to Cart button.

At check-out, the shipping option will be selected based on the delivery address.

What is the minimum order required?

There is no minimum amount of order required.

How long can i keep my meals for?

We guarantee that our products are at their best quality when shipped. To preserve freshness, store them in the freezer in their original bowls. Thaw in original packaging at room temperature prior to consumption.

What do I do with my packaging?

Our cardboard box, insulation, drink bottles and caps can be recycled in your regular Toronto Blue Bins.

You are welcome to keep our insulated for your personal use, however, if you wish to return them, please leave them at your door or with a concierge on your delivery day for pickup.

Can i customize my order

To keep the nutritional value accurate, we currently do not offer product customisation and all orders are made using our standard recipe.

Can I add a note to my order or gift card?

Yes! Once you add the products to your cart, click on the cart icon and select "add gift note".

How do I reheat my meals?

Meals can be reheat on the stove top or microwave. Recommended times are stated on each packaging.

Returns

Do your offer refunds?

Non-food items can be returned within 14 days. Due to health and safety, we unfortunately cannot accept return food items.

If there is an issue with your order, please email hello@eatbinchi.com so we can work with you to find a solution.

Are gift cards refundable?

Eat Binchi gift cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping FAQs

When do orders get shipped?

Our cut-off for orders is Thursday midnight (11:59 PM CST) weekly. Orders received within this time will ship out the next week on Monday and Tuesday.

Do you ship anywhere in Canada?

At present, we only offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area.

What is your delivery fee?

We offer TWO (2) Shipping options which are automatically selected at checkout depending on your state and products ordered:

$10 - Toronto Main (Downtown, East York, North York, Mid-Town)

$25 - GTA General (2 Business Days)

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a notification on the email address or phone number that you provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Can I pick-up my order?

At this time, we do not offer pick-up.

Check back in the summer for our pick-up locations or find us at pop-up events.
