Efo-Riro is made the authentic way with greens (Spinach) cooked in a spicy pepper sauce, iru (locust beans) with an assortment of prawns, crayfish, dry fish, beef, tripe and tendon. Pairs well with semolina, pounded yam, eba (cassava flakes), rice, potatoes and plantains just to name a few.
Product Handling: All products are packaged in a BPA-free bag and frozen for shipping. Please place the contents of your bag in the freezer/fridge immediately.
Reheating Instructions: Defrost your pouch and place the contents in a pot. Reheat on low, stirring frequently until it reaches to your desired temperature. To reheat in a microwave, heat for 2-3 minutes.
