Our ogbono (afon) soup is made with all of milled African wild mango seed, spinach, crayfish and either assorted meats (tripe and beef parts) or fish (fried or oven grilled). This is a Nigerian soup enjoyed with semolina, eba and other swallows.
Product Handling: All products are packaged in a BPA-free bag and frozen for shipping. Please place the contents of your bag in the freezer/fridge immediately.
- Stovetop: Defrost your pouch or bowl under running cold water or in the fridge and place the contents in a pot. Reheat on low, stirring frequently until internal temperature reaches at least 74°C.
- Microwave: Soup bowls can be reheated from frozen or from the fridge. Reheat for at a minimum of 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
