Our Okra Soup is a blend of okra and stew base with leafy greens and iru (locust beans). It is made with an assortment of seafood; crayfish, stockfish and an assortment of tripe and beef parts.
Product Handling: All products are packaged in a BPA-free bag and frozen for shipping. Please place the contents of your bag in the freezer/fridge immediately.
Reheating Instructions: Defrost your pouch and place the contents in a pot. Reheat on low, stirring frequently until warm to your desired temperature. Do not cover the pot or bowl (if using a microwave) to preserve the “drawy” quality of okra
