Sharwama Recipe

Ingredients

  • Flat Bread
  • Sausage (I use chicken franks)
  • Chicken breast
  • Dry pepper
  • Mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Cabbage
  • Non stick frying pan

Process

  1. cut chicken into tiny pieces and boil ( season with garlic, white pepper or whatever you’d like to add)
  2. cut cabbage into tiny pieces as well.
  3. take bread wrap and open it up into two pieces. Overlay the thinner/lighter side over the browner one.
  4. add as much chicken pieces as you want
  5. add dry pepper
  6. add cabbage
  7. add mayo and ketchup. More mayo than ketchup. Let’s say one and a half tablespoon  of ketchup and one full tablespoon of mayo
  8. mix till you’re satisfied.
  9. add sausage(s)
  10. roll and make a wrap with first bread layer and make another warm with second layer as tight as you can
  11. fry  on medium to low heat
