Refund policy

Non-food products: Can be returned within 14 days from receipt (right of withdrawal).

Food products: Due to health and safety, once meals have left our kitchen and have been delivered, they are not suitable for returns. If you find a problem with the products received, or are defective, contact us at hello@eatbinchi.com and we can find a resolution.
