Shipping policy

We deliver Mondays and Tuesdays, with availability depending on your postal code. Our cutoff for any new or modified orders is Wednesday at 11:59 pm PT, one week prior to delivery. Meaning, this Wednesday’s cutoff is for the food that arrives next week. After your first order, you’ll start receiving a box of food every week! We need a week of lead time because all meals are completely made fresh-to-order by our chefs. We wait until after the cutoff to order ingredients, so we can assure our ingredients are fresh and we don't waste any food.
