Asun is a made with bite-sized tender roasted goat meat tossed in a blend of onions, habanero, garlic and bell peppers. Smokey, sizzling, spicy and definitely not for the faint-hearted, this flavour packed side dish will leave your tastebuds wanting. Native to the Yoruba speaking Ondo people in Western Nigeria.
