Asun

Asun is a made with bite-sized tender roasted goat meat tossed in a blend of  onions, habanero, garlic and bell peppers. Smokey, sizzling, spicy and definitely not for the faint-hearted, this flavour packed side dish will leave your tastebuds wanting. Native to the Yoruba speaking Ondo people in Western Nigeria.

Product Handling: All products are packaged in heat-sealed meal trays and frozen for shipping. Please place the contents of your bag in the freezer/fridge immediately.

Reheating Instructions: Reheat on the stove or in microwave until internal temperature reaches at least 74ºC (165ºF).
