Efo Riro

Efo riro is made the authentic way with greens (Spinach) cooked in a spicy pepper sauce, iru (locust beans) with an assortment of prawns, crayfish, fish, beef, tripe and tendon. Pairs well with semolina, pounded yam, eba (cassava flakes), rice, yam, and plantains just to name a few.

Product Handling: All products are packaged in heat-sealed meal trays and frozen for shipping. Please place the contents of your bag in the freezer/fridge immediately.

Reheating Instructions: Reheat on the stove or in microwave until internal temperature reaches at least 74ºC (165ºF).
