Egusi

Our Egusi (melon Seed) soup is made with all of the spinach, crayfish and assorted meats including tripe and beef parts. This is a Nigerian staple enjoyed with semolina, pounded yam and other swallows.

Product Handling: All products are packaged in heat-sealed meal trays and frozen for shipping. Please place the contents of your bag in the freezer/fridge immediately.

Reheating Instructions: Reheat on the stove or in microwave until internal temperature reaches at least 74ºC (165ºF).
