A unique flavourful stew, made with roasted peppers, scotch bonnet, tomatoes and onions. This stew is made with tender goat meat pieces and can be enjoyed with steamed rice, boiled yam, and fried plantains.

Product Handling: All products are packaged in heat-sealed meal trays and frozen for shipping. Please place the contents of your bag in the freezer/fridge immediately.

Reheating Instructions: Reheat on the stove or in microwave until internal temperature reaches at least 74ºC (165ºF).
